Tonight on Disassociation Nation, tons-a-guns. From West Virginia to Washington gun grabbers are salivating over your second amendment rights. After the break in the B-Block, Raw Story reports that “pro-gun activism” for on campus carry is “subtle form of rape denialism.” We have some good news for second amendment advocates out of Iowa as Rep. Matt Windschitl (R-Missouri Valley.) declares “this is a well-crafted piece of legislation that everybody in this chamber can get behind, hopefully, that does right by 3 million Iowans and advances our Second Amendment rights.” Then in the Cop Block Block this Friday, a man tased and arrested for trying to rescue his stepson from their burning home. Also, a Lee County Florida deputy is on paid vacation (Paid Administrative Leave) after responding to a 9-1-1 call by going to lunch, before any help arrived on scene, family and friends had already found her lifeless body lying on the ground “covered in ants.” We wrapped up the show this evening with some real voodoo mind control from SXSW, a panel of speakers associated with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers explained how mind control using “electroceuticals,” can “rewire” a person’s brain.
Disassociation Nation is a provocative, rapid fire current events talk show hosted by Niz. Buckle up and hold on tight as he cuts through the fluff, spin, and propaganda of the mainstream media with reason, sarcasm, and wit. With open phone lines and live chat, listeners are encouraged to engage and participate.
While you were focused on the missing Airliner, there was a little case being heard in front of the Supreme Court called U.S. v. Castleman.  The case was a landmark win for the gun control left wing, but what no one realized, is that our Constitution no longer affords us “rights.â€
No longer rights that are inviolate
The case was decided March 28, 2014. The US Supreme Court unanimously ruled that the Bill of Rights is no longer made up of “Declaratory and Restrictive Clauses.†They are judicially now perceived as “privileges.†A “privilege†can be revoked for the slightest of legislative causes, but a “Right†is “Forever Inviolate†… We the People no longer have that.
U.S. vs Castleman
The case was about domestic violence, a cause we can all get behind. But, in the end, the Supreme Court has taken away not just domestic violence abuser’s right to bear arms, but all of the people, and in turn has made all of the Bill of Rights void, and made it a Bill of Privileges that can be revoked.
The Preamble states: “The Conventions of a number of the States having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further Declaratory and Restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best insure the beneficent ends of its institution.â€Continue reading →

On this broadcast of Liberty Under Attack Radio, Kyle Rearden joins me as we complete part three in our "sovereign citizen" trilogy. Secondly, we discuss the method of strategic withdrawal that we promote, known as cancelling the voter registration. We close out the show with an in-depth discussion regarding a potential co-opting of the CYVR method by those who call themselves "_______ State Nationals" (i.e. Texas, Iowa, Illinois). Tonight’s broadcast of Liberty Under Attack Radio is titled, “Oh, you think your vote matters in a Presidential election? That’s cute.”
Kyle Rearden, our creative consultant, joins us to offer his thoughts and conclusions on the subjects at hand. Namely, the fact that the President is not elected by popular vote (that is, the electorate); rather, the President is chosen by the electors. In other words, your vote especially doesn’t matter in Presidential elections, although that is the one that is the most heavily focused on.
We also tell you how government officials in the other two branches of government constitutionally gain [more]
